Every club undergoes a rigorous 10-point inspection by our golf professionals. We grade items from 'Value' to 'Mint' condition, ensuring that every scuff or scratch is documented so you know exactly what is arriving in your bag.

Do you offer a warranty on pre-owned equipment?

Yes, all clubs purchased from The Golf Club Trader come with a 90-day limited warranty against functional defects. This covers structural integrity but does not include standard wear and tear or accidental damage during play.

Can I trade in my old clubs for store credit?

Absolutely. Use our online trade-in tool to receive an instant quote. Once we receive and verify your clubs, your store credit will be applied to your account immediately for use on any new or used equipment.

What is your return policy if I don't like the feel of a club?

We offer a 30-day 'Playability Guarantee.' If you aren't hitting it as well as you hoped, you can return the club for a full refund in store credit, minus a small restocking fee.

How long does shipping take and is it insured?

Orders are typically processed within 24 hours. Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days. For your peace of mind, every shipment is fully insured against loss or damage during transit at no extra cost to you.

Are headcovers and adjustment tools included?

Unless otherwise stated in the product description, pre-owned woods and hybrids do not automatically include the original headcover or adjustment wrench. However, these items are often available for separate purchase in our accessories section.
